Following multiple requests from practitioners wishing to start, grow or expand their business, our founder Heather is available for 1-1 and team business coaching.
This coaching is suitable for those hoping to create a private practice from scratch or those expanding the range of services and programs they offer or hoping to grow their team.
Heather has built BEAT from the ground up, starting as a sole practitioner working at an agistment facility with one horse, to now, where we have our own site with a purpose-built therapy clinic, a herd of 5 incredible horses and a team of 6 dedicated practitioners.
Heather offers supervision to EPI students and practitioners and those trained in other equine or animal-assisted therapy modalities.
Heather has extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults and has an interest in supporting healing from developmental and interpersonal trauma. Her therapeutic approach is aligned with the EPI model and is influenced by Polyvagal Theory, Somatic work, Gestalt Psychotherapy and Horse Wisdom.
