Tailored to your individual needs, our equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions integrate evidenced-based psychology practices with an experiential approach to therapy in the presence of horses.
Sessions can take place in the paddock under trees or in our sheltered areas, we work with the horses in a range of ways.
No horse experience is necessary and no riding is involved.
After school and school holiday groups.
Founded in evidence-based therapeutic practices and delivered by our team of specialist and experienced teachers and mental health practitioners, our Horse Wisdom® Program groups create a safe space for young people to explore big feelings and develop skills for life.
Our purpose-built boutique facility has three modern therapy rooms situated right in the paddock, so if you choose to access our room based services, you will still be surrounded by nature with views of our wonderful herd.
Our director Heather has over 10 years of experience as a school leader and teacher and has developed and implemented CPD days for a range of schools world wide. With topics ranging from positive behaviour strategies to staff well being and improving emotional literacy. See our learning at liberty page for more information on how we can support mental health in your school.
Acess our therapists from anywhere in the world with our telehealth services.
Held quarterly, private retreat mornings can also be arranged for your group or organisation. Find out details of our upcoming retreat dates and themes below.
Be a part of the change. Learn how to integrate choice, communication and ethical horse care as we build relationships with the herd over a 10-week period.
